Return Policy

We have a 7 - day return and exchange policy, from original purchase date to request a return in store. 
A 14 - day return and exchange policy from original purchase date to request a return from online purchase. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNWORN, UNUSED, UNWASHED, ODOR FREE WITH TAGS and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All lingerie purchases are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

To start an online return, you can contact us at heavenlydesiresteam@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Non-returnable items/Non-refundable
  • All original manufacturer's tags or packaging must be intact in order for us to accept a return.
  • To ensure that we are selling only brand new, unworn merchandise, we ask that when trying on new underwear or any garment with a crotch, you do so only over your own clean underwear. All returned panties and other garments with a crotch are examined to ensure they meet hygiene and health standards, and if we believe an item has been tried on or worn, we will not accept it as a return.
  • We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase, and be aware of any makeup, oils you are wearing.  Any garments with marks, stains, or scents may be non-returnable
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our hygiene and quality control examination.
We also do not accept returns for any items purchased from us past the 14 days. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or anything sold "as is or final sale".

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as soon as possible, once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (approximately 2-5 business days).
